We always enjoyed Jane Parker Fruit Cakes at our house during the holidays when the A&P was in the Michigan Area. It was like old times this Christmas after being able to get it on the internet. It was delicious.

My family has enjoyed Jane Parker fruit cakes for years. When the A&P stores were gone, I thought we would never get a Jane Parker fruit cake again. I should have known that Amazon would have it.
Considering that I ordered the fruit cake in December, I was pleasantly surprised it was delivered on time and the package arrived in perfect condition. Would I purchase another cake? YES, most definitely. Unlike another popular fruit cake (Claxton), Jane Parker fruit cake is a good balance of fruit and cake. I feel the other fruit cakes are just fruit with very little cake.

If you are a fruit cake lover, this is the cake for you. My husband and I grew up on this fruit cake and was so glad to find that we can now order it each year for Christmas. Service was also very fast. I ordered the cake and had it a few days later.

My Mother wanted this fruit cake for Thanksgiving so I thought it would be faster to ship online. I ordered on Nov.19th and she did not recieve until Nov.29th. I also bought one at the store near me and mailed on Sat. and she recieved on the following Mon.....Sorry delivery service!!!! I sent an email to Jane Parker and my answer was it was involving a weekend.
The weekend did not take my shipment long at all...
