Best lip-plumping color I have ever used. No tingling sensation that can sting or irritate chapped lips (like mine), just softer, smoother, fuller lips. The color choices are great & last a really long time. For even fuller lips, wear over Avon's Beyond Color Plumping Lip Conditioner!
