 The answer IS simple. September 30, 2008
I have purchased many of Sonia's books and CD's. This is her best to date. Although the other books are similarly written in workbook fashion, this guide is clear, concise and easily read. There are many clear, structured exercises to work through each chapter. Midway through the book is an assessment section to help sort out the many thoughts and feelings you realize as you read. I'd recommend this book for those people connecting to a higher self while living in a chaotic world. Thanks Sonia for your excellent work.
Beautiful & Simple September 29, 2008
This book came at just the right moment in my life. It was so beautifully written, easy to read and yes, the answer was so simple. It helped me thru a very difficult period in my life and it was almost as if I was suppose to read that chapter at that time. I feel I was guided to buy and read that book at that moment. Thanks for a wonderful book and I know it will be a favorite reread. I have told many about it.

Sonia Choquette has a beautiful way of bringing simple awarenesses to the perceived complexity of our lives. We are reminded to allow ourselves to move from an ego-based approach to life, to a spirit-based one. Sonia shows us the way to love ourselves and to "live our spirit", with grace and joy.

I really enjoyed this book that puts forth clearly the important principles of the Law of Attraction, aka The Secret.The answer is always to love yourself, so you can love others and live that loving spirit inside all of us.Living The Secret Everyday: My Secret Workbook should be read in conjunction with this book to make the changes in your life permanent and conscious.And by all means listen to their new meditation CD, Living The Secret Everyday: My Secret Meditation...which will only remind and reinforce the need to choose positive thoughts and love yourself.
